| Chuck started his first media sales and production company shortly after his graduation from The American University in Washington, DC. Twenty-five years later, he left his microphone and 3 am wake up call behind, retiring from media giants Westwood One and New Jersey 101.5 fm. After some days on the couch and as his wife Kathi “politely” cajoled him to “GO BACK TO WORK!” … He took the position of Fleet Operations and Loss Control Technician for one of the First in the Nation paratransit providers: New Jersey’s Cape May County Fare Free Transportation. It’s a training, safety and security job that he continues to hold today. In addition, he is certified by the Community Transportation Association of America as a Master Trainer, Training, Safety & Security Reviewer and Community Transportation Supervisor. Chuck also holds an Advanced Safety Certification from the National Safety Council. As President and CEO of Transit Training Group of North America, Chuck leads a team of professionals that not only train, but actually do their jobs. Halsey King’s articles appear in many transportation and engineering magazines along with publications on the web. Halsey provided consulting services and training to over 700 fleets worldwide, and has provided a set of maintenance seminars for METRO Magazine, The American Bus Association and the United Motor Coach Association and currently for CTAA. He is active in several transportation organizations, including the Transportation Research Board and their Transportation Cooperative Research Program, the Center for Automotive Safety, American Trucking Association and the American Public Transit Association's Maintenance Council. Halsey served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Automotive Engineers and on the organizing Board of Governors for SAE's new Service Technicians Society. Known as the consummate Philly Boy, after graduating Drexel and receiving his Masters of Taxation from Villanova, Greg jumped right into a business and community life that has made him a widely respected person and professional. With more than a quarter of a century of finance experience, he is now the Vice President and Director of the tax department for Elko & Associates. He is involved in the planning and management of all the firm's tax engagements. Greg assists clients with auditing, financial planning and management consulting, as well as, merger and acquisition planning. Matt is an extremely motivated and qualified Information Security professional with the necessary experience and proven perseverance to get the job done. As a Senior Systems Analyst with Cape May County New Jersey, Matt is responsible for the administration and maintenance of a sophisticated Wide Area Network that consists of multiple campuses using a variety of connection methods. His latest IT Projects have included the installation and oversight of the County’s Para-transit Routing and Scheduling package (including its interface with Mobile Data Terminals) and the design and implementation of the Government’s Disaster Recovery plan. As a trainer, consultant, and technician, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and a totally unique personality to everything he does. A graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University and the Naval War College, “Captain Mike” retired after 27 years of service to America. In that time, he was responsible for the safety, welfare and instruction of pilots and air crews of the United States Navy. He currently holds the position of Training Technician for the County of Cape May, New Jersey where he develops and delivers the programs of the government’s Department of Risk Management. After spending six years on the road as an Omnibus Operator with Cape May County New Jersey’s paratransit system, Bill moved quickly into a supervisory position and has spent 17 years as a front-line supervisor playing a pivotal role in the transit organization. He is accountable for most of the day-to-day success of its operating staff. As a Certified Community Transportation Supervisor, Bill possesses the core skills needed in human resources, performance-based operations and safety management. In addition, Bill is a certified PASS, and Safe Driver trainer. He has recently played a pivotal role in teaching the intricacies of ROADEO performance that helped catapult not one, but two, of his County’s drivers to national prominence. Bill’s trainings have a down home flare that connects with and engages all of those in the room.
